My views and values are intricately woven into my work as I always strive for authenticity and a deep connection with emotion and spirituality. My paintings reflect my inner world, embodying my vision of beauty harmony, and balance. I believe art can make the invisible tangible, and this is evident in the stories and textures I bring to each canvas.

My first piece, “Dorata Pace; Light in the Darkness of Freedom,” symbolised my personal journey of finding peace and light within myself amidst challenging times. This work was significant because it marked the beginning of my artistic expression, where I realised the transformative power of art to communicate deeper emotions and messages. It set the foundation for my creative process, guiding me toward capturing spiritual light and freedom in my future works.
How do you determine when a piece is finished?
It is an unexplainable feeling, it’s ready when I’m happy about the result. I am very hard on myself.

I have never experienced a creative block; by balancing mind and body, I find inspiration everywhere.
What legacy do you aspire to leave through your art?
I hope to leave a legacy of art that transcends time and speaks to the soul. My wish is for my works to inspire others to connect with their own emotions, reflect on their inner journeys, and embrace their unique paths in life. I aim to create pieces that provoke thought, evoke deep feelings, and remind people of the beauty and complexity of the human spirit. Ultimately, I want my art to be a testament to authenticity, emotional depth, and the transformative power of creativity.
Can you share a turning point in your career?
A defining project in my career was when I sold four pieces to a private collector who truly pushed the boundaries of my techniques. This moment allowed me to fully embrace 3D elements and spiritual symbolism in my work, breaking free from traditional painting methods. This project marked a significant shift in how I approached my art, deepening my connection to the emotions I wanted to convey and a more unique, personal style.
What was the finest career or artistic advice you have ever received?
The finest advice I ever received was to stay true to myself and my vision, no matter the trends or expectations of others. This taught me to trust my instincts and embrace my individuality, allowing my art to evolve authentically.
Do you have any specific routines or practices you follow before, after, or during your artistic process?
Yes, I have a few specific routines that help me connect with the creative process. Before I begin a piece, I like to spend quiet time reflecting and meditating, allowing my mind to clear and connect with the emotions or stories I want to convey. During the process I follow a flow where I let the materials and colours guide me, often working in layers and allowing the artwork to evolve organically. Afterward, I take a step back to assess the piece, giving myself time to reflect and ensure the emotional energy and intent are captured before I consider it finished. This process is both intuitive and intentional, balancing creativity with mindfulness.
What future developments and changes can we anticipate?
In the future, you can expect to see a deeper exploration of mixed media and 3D elements in my work. I’m excited to experiment with new materials that will add texture and dimension, creating even more immersive experiences for the viewer. My focus will continue to be capturing emotional and spiritual depth, but I’m also eager to explore themes of transformation and human connection on a larger scale.
